My friend Carol

Hermanas,

Today I will not post about beauty. Or anything like that.

My dear friend Carol passed away last night. She is an amazing scholar, a loving and very much loved wife, a commie tree-hugger bike rider, and a proud madre of an adoring son. Was.

I just want to go home; grab Rojo and hold him tight. Hug someone today. They might not be here tomorrow.
